Refund Policy

Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.

Typical processing time for refunds is 7 business days from the time your package arrives at our office.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit, if approved for a refund for a mishap on the stores end. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees.

Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any garment(s) returned used, soiled, or that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. 


Please include a note indicating the desired size for your exchange. We do not provide refunds only exchanges. Though not necessary, we highly recommend sending your return parcel with tracking and/or delivery confirmation for added insurance purposes.
